After first doing a city tour of Zurich we follow Lake Zurich to Rapperswil, the city of roses. We visit the picturesque Old Town and its medieval castle; you will also have some time at leisure here. Then after crossing the Ricken Pass with its panoramic views of the Alps we reach the lovely Toggenberg region whose pretty hill and valley scenery is perfect chocolate box material!
In Vaduz, the capital of the tiny Principality of Liechtenstein you will have more time at leisure. A visit to the Post Office is recommended; the famous stamps from this tiny state are coveted worldwide by philatelists and amateur stamp lovers alike. And finally we arrive at Maienfeld, the setting for the Heidi stories. In the summer months we can visit Heidi's village. A pleasant short walk leads to a collection of typical mountain houses, a village shop, and of course lots of little goats. Entry into the authentic Heidi House is optional.
A beautiful trip back to Zurich along the banks of Lake Walen, guarded over majestically by the Churfirsten mountain range brings to a close this most nostalgic of Swiss tours.

There are about two dozen passes on Dhauladhar other, a dozen over the pir-panjal ranges and 8-10 such passes over the great Himalayan range to cross over the great Himalayan range to cross over the lanskar valley. Himachal offers a virtual bonanza for trekkers.
RITA TOURISM FOUNDATION offers a number of trekking itineraries for our clients to consider. Luni-II HEP is allotted by the Government of Himachal Pradesh to M/s Sri Sai Krishna Hydro Energies Private Limited on Build, Own, Operate and Maintain (BOOM)Basic vide Memorandum Of Understanding Signed on dated 29th, November,2004.

The site of Luni-II HEP can be approached through Baijnath-Karnathu road. Karnathu village is at a distance of 10KM from Baijnath Town. From Karnathu village the length of project is 6.5KM upto Luni-II Power House
Luni-II HEP is upstream project of the proposed diversion site of the scheme allotted to M/s Subhash Project Limited the developer of Luni-I HEP.

For the construction of Luni-II HEP, 2.62Hac of forest land is required and the same was diverted by Ministry of Environment and Forest vide their Letter No. 9-HPB632/2005-CHA/36 on dated 22nd,December, 2005 unedr Forest Conservation Act, 1980. Construction activity in Luni-II HEP commenced on 14th April, 2006 and started the generation in 12th, November,2009.

Luni-II HEP is a run-of-the river type scheme on Luni Khad, a tributary of river Binua Khad. The scheme envisages diversion of inflow of Luni Khad by constructing a trench weir. The diverted inflow will be carried through conveyance channel to a surface disilting tank, which will be designed to exclude all silt particles down to 0.20MM size. The slit free water will be carried through water conductor system (2200mtr long) upto forebay. The inflow from forebay will be lead to surface power house through a 900mtr long surface penstock to feed two number Pelton Turbine driven generation of 2.50MW each. The outflow from Turbine is led through a Tail Race pipe (60mtr Long) to upstream of intake of M/s Subhash Project the developer of Luni-I HEP.

A switch yard is proposed along the side of power house building. The power generated from this project will be fed into HPSEB 132KV Substation at Dehan.

Inserting multiple functions in the user’s file
Actions can insert multiple functions—the main behavior function plus any number of helper functions—into the
head section. Two or more behaviors can even share helper functions as long as the function definition is exactly the
same in each Action file. One way of ensuring that shared functions are identical is to store each helper function in
an external JavaScript file and insert it into the appropriate Action files using <SCRIPT SRC="externalFile.js">.
When the user deletes a behavior, Dreamweaver attempts to remove any unused helper functions that are associated
with the behavior. If other behaviors are using a helper function, it is not deleted. Because the algorithm for deleting
helper functions errs on the side of caution, Dreamweaver might occasionally leave an unused function in the user’s
What to do when an action requires a return value
Sometimes an event handler must have a return value (for example, onMouseOver="window.status='This is a
link'; return true"). But if Dreamweaver inserts the "return behaviorName(args)" action into the event
handler, behaviors later in the list are skipped.

Often, questions appear in online forums from people puzzled by the fact that the code
isn’t propagated to child pages when a server behavior is applied to a template. Although
coverage of server behaviors begins in Chapter 14, it makes sense to discuss this issue
here, while still on the subject of templates.
Dreamweaver uses the space above the DTD and below the closing </html> tag to create
the PHP scripts used for server behaviors, such as inserting or updating records in a database.
This is the same technique as you used in the last chapter to build the mail processing
script. The reason for doing this is quite simple: the PHP engine reads the page from
top to bottom and processes the dynamic code in the order that it encounters it. So, if you
have a page that displays the results of a database search, it stands to reason that
you need to conduct the search before displaying the results as XHTML. Dreamweaver
uses the area after the closing </html> tag to clean up any resources used by the script.
Templates are intended to lock common elements, but dynamic code is almost always
unique to a page. As a result, Dreamweaver doesn’t lock the code outside the <html> tags.
So, even if you apply a server behavior to a master template (or write your own custom
script above the DTD), the code outside the <html> tags will not be propagated to any
child pages.
If, for any reason, you want to create a template that propagates code outside the <html>
tags, add the following code anywhere inside the <head> of the master template:
<!-- TemplateInfo codeOutsideHTMLIsLocked="true" -->
This is an all or nothing option. The PHP code will be propagated to child pages, but you
cannot apply any other server behaviors to such child pages. The circumstances in which
this option is useful are extremely rare, so use with care—if at all.

Airlines flying between St. Thomas and St. Croix include Air St. Thomas; Air Sunshine; American Eagle; Bohlke International Airways; Cape Air; Leeward Island Air Transport (LIAT) and Seaborne Airlines. Helicopter service is also available.

The 99 Steps (although there are really 103) extend from Government Hill to Lille Tarne Gade (Little Tower Street in Danish) in St. Thomas. They are one of several step streets that the Danes built to negotiate the town’s terrain. At the top of the steps, are yet more steps that stretch to Blackbeard’s Castle.

Blackbeard's Castle
sits on Government Hill, overlooking Charlotte Amelie. It was originally known as Skytsborg and is said to be the Virgin Islands’ oldest structure. Legend has it that bands of pirates lived here in the 18th century. The most famous resident is believed to be Edward Teach, Blackbeard.

St. John is the smallest island (28 sq mi) and two-thirds of it is the Virgin Islands National Park. Hiking and snorkeling are popular pastimes.

Who Is Roland Buck?
A Word From the Wife of Roland Buck
Chapter 1 » Encounter
Possibly the questions most often asked are ... "How did it happen that God chose you?" "Was it through deep hunger on your part?" "Was it
through prayer and fasting?" I would honestly have to say ... "I don't know! I fall short in all of these areas!"
Chapter 2 » Good News For You and Your Family
About three o'clock in the morning, I was abruptly awakened when someone grasped my arms and sat me right up in bed! Do you know ... that if
even one member of your family is living for God, each individual member is highly favored? That a great host of angels has been assigned to bring
these highly favored people to God? They have orders to listen to no objections, but to hasten individuals to a point of choice? If a person chooses
the wrong way, the angels will begin the cycle all over again?
Chapter 3 » Ministry of Angels
The light flipped on and I saw what appeared to be two of the largest men I had ever seen! Strong currents of radiation pulsated from them. I started
to fall, but was steadied by the strong hand of these sevenfootplus
beings. IT SOUNDED LIKE HE SAID, "I AM GABRIEL," but it couldn't be ... he
has not been seen for centuries. Am I really seeing things or IS HE REALLY HERE ... IN MY HOME?
Chapter 4 » My Visit to the Throne Room
The chain of strange happenings in my life date back to January 21, 1977, when I became God's guest. I discovered he wants to be treated like a
friend. His words to me ... "Relax, I already know you," have changed my life. When he said, "I don't record failure," he opened a door of hope for all
Chapter 5 » Sequel to the Throne Room
Would you say ... Thirty correct predictions out of one hundred is phenomenal? ... How about 120 out of 120? ... God never misses. That is why you
can rely wholly on him. ... God told me the Pope has no more influence with him than the least of his saints, and has no greater privileges, but
because his influence with man is great, his choice is God's concern. Therefore, in order to help in the restoration of his fragmented body, God had
chosen a man named Karol Wojtyla of Poland. Date of prediction: January 21, 1977 ... Date of fulfillment: October 16, 1978, Pope John Paul II.
Chapter 6 » God's Priorities
Queenie, that's my dog ... a purebred Great Dane ... quietly "woofed" as she pressed her wet nose against my face. The time was 2 AM. I knew
what was up by now. This is the way she rouses me when she becomes aware that angelic visitors are in the house. ... Filled again with awe and
wonder, I listened as Gabriel stressed seven things of utmost importance to God. Priorities that the world must hear ...
Chapter 7 » He Tasted Death
One time as the angels ministered to me, God allowed me to see Jesus as the sacrificed lamb ... My heart broke ... As this panorama of truth passed
before me, I saw him as the lamb lying there in death. ... Then I saw the little lamb slowly start to rise, and as it rose up, it became a mighty ram with
seven horns upon its head and it had seven eyes ... "You have seen him die as the lamb, now see him as he arose the great conqueror, with
complete power in heaven and earth given to him."
Chapter 8 » You Are Covered (Atonement)
I sat glued to my chair ... unable to move ... The same divine radiance which glowed from Moses' face after forty days with God, multiplied a hundred
times from an eternity in God's presence, streamed from Gabriel's being and literally engulfed me ... His word and his touch brought back my
strength. I cried ... and you, too, will cry as you discover the beauty of this message he brought directly from God's big heart!
Chapter 9 » God's Warning Signals
It happened in broad daylight the Saturday before Christmas ... The door of my church office opened and once again God's highest angel had come
with a special word from God ... Remember, if you feel numb and cold inside and it's a weight and a burden for you to think, "Here's another week
and I have to go to church. I don't want to fail God, but it's a chore; there is no excitement in my spiritual life," WATCH OUT!
Chapter 10 » When God Says Thanks!
His eyes were like deep, glowing embers, his voice resonant and clear … this giant angel … as he told me about "The Believer's Judgment." My
Chapter 11 » Mission Philippines
About four in the morning, the light came on in my room, and I opened my eyes ... There were two cots in the room. I was sleeping in one, and when
I looked over at the empty one, I saw Gabriel sitting there. "How did you find me here?" "We didn't have any trouble finding you, because we
arranged for you to be here!" Gabriel replied.

PHQ-9 Patient Depression Questionnaire
For initial diagnosis:
1. Patient completes PHQ-9 Quick Depression Assessment.
2. If there are at least 4 􀀳s in the shaded section (including Questions #1 and #2), consider a depressive
disorder. Add score to determine severity.

Consider Major Depressive Disorder
- if there are at least 5 􀀳s in the shaded section (one of which corresponds to Question #1 or #2)
Consider Other Depressive Disorder
- if there are 2-4 􀀳s in the shaded section (one of which corresponds to Question #1 or #2)
Note: Since the questionnaire relies on patient self-report, all responses should be verified by the clinician,
and a definitive diagnosis is made on clinical grounds taking into account how well the patient understood
the questionnaire, as well as other relevant information from the patient.
Diagnoses of Major Depressive Disorder or Other Depressive Disorder also require impairment of social,
occupational, or other important areas of functioning (Question #10) and ruling out normal bereavement, a
history of a Manic Episode (Bipolar Disorder), and a physical disorder, medication, or other drug as the
biological cause of the depressive symptoms.
To monitor severity over time for newly diagnosed patients or patients in current treatment for
1. Patients may complete questionnaires at baseline and at regular intervals (eg, every 2 weeks) at
home and bring them in at their next appointment for scoring or they may complete the
questionnaire during each scheduled appointment.
2. Add up 􀀳s by column. For every 􀀳: Several days = 1 More than half the days = 2 Nearly every day = 3
3. Add together column scores to get a TOTAL score.
4. Refer to the accompanying PHQ-9 Scoring Box to interpret the TOTAL score.
5. Results may be included in patient files to assist you in setting up a treatment goal, determining degree of
response, as well as guiding treatment intervention.
Scoring: add up all checked boxes on PHQ-9
For every 􀀳 Not at all = 0; Several days = 1;
More than half the days = 2; Nearly every day = 3

Who Is Roland Buck?
Born: Everett, Washington, June 13, 1918
Graduated from Northwest College, Seattle, WA, 1939
Pastored churches in Granger and Yakima, WA, and Gooding and Boise, Idaho.
Pastor of Central Assembly of God Christian Life Center, Boise, Idaho, from 1950 present.
Average Sunday morning attendance in 1978 was about
Married Charmian Jacobson, June 13, 1942
Born Again spiritually in 1929, and received the baptism with the Holy Spirit at the same time.
Charmian was Born Again at age 10, and received the baptism with the Holy Spirit at age 21.
This is the true story of an ordinary man who has experienced an extraordinary series of events.
When we first heard of Roland Buck, we had been sharing the story of how God had placed a special warrior angel with us to protect us from the
fiery darts of the devil until Jesus comes back. A couple asked us, "Have you heard about the pastor in Boise, Idaho, who has been having
visitations from angels? They have been talking to him and bringing messages from God."
Even in these days when the supernatural power of God is more in evidence than ever before, this shocked us; especially when Doug and Ruth told
us that Gabriel was the one who brought the messages! For a moment it sounded like the most wayout
statement we had ever heard, but somehow
or other, there was such a ring of truth to it that we had a hungering created in our hearts to hear more!
Our busy schedule kept us from calling this pastor to find out any of the details, but in God's perfect plan he kept nudging and nudging us to contact
Roland Buck about writing a book. We were still too bogged down with other work, so we didn't do it! Then God really got busy when we continued
being too busy! He brought a couple down to Houston from Sitka, Alaska, who had stopped by Eugene, Oregon, and picked up a series of "angel"
tapes they wanted us to listen to. They were bubbling over because they had listened to these tapes all the way from Oregon to Texas. All they
could say was, "You've got to listen to them you've
got to listen to them!"
And listen we did! Every time we got in the car, the tape player came on with another angel tape. At night when we went to bed, we went to sleep
listening to "angel" tapes, until one Friday afternoon Charles said, "I am utterly compelled to call Pastor Buck to see if we can interview him with the
idea of writing a book. These messages from the angels are so fantastic, the entire world needs to hear them." Frances was equally fascinated with
the idea of angels talking to an individual, so we both went to the telephone to make the call.
Pastor Buck immediately invited us to minister in his church in the evenings and said he would be more than happy to cooperate with interviews in
the daytime. Although he assured us that the heart of the messages the angels had given him were on the tapes we had listened to, he said there
might be some extras we would be interested in hearing. We could hardly wait to get there!
We arrived on a Sunday evening just minutes before the church service, and afterwards we went out for a bite to eat with Roland and Charmian
Buck. If there had been any skepticism in our hearts before then, it was gone as he began to share from his heart some of the beautiful truths the
angels have brought to him directly from God.
That evening was followed by two days of interviews in which we saw the heart of a man who said, "I want God to be in focus and glorified. I do not
want any glory for myself." We asked him many of the questions you might ask: "Was it an unusual day when you had the first experience?" He said,
"No, it was just an ordinary, runofthemill
day before I went to bed that night. Angels are the last thing I would have thought of when I sat up in
We were both fascinated with his knowledge, not only of the Bible, but of the scriptural references as well. It seemed his total conversation was
direct from the Word of God! We asked him if he had always had the good memory which he has had since he returned from the Throne Room. He
said, "I would have to say 'no.' Before this experience I had to use the scriptures that I knew, so I studied and read the Bible over and over again. I
have been in the ministry many, many years, and I always had to use a concordance to look up verses, but for the 2,000 verses God gave me I don't
have to do that any more. I don't even have to read them from the Bible when I speak, because I JUST KNOW THEM!"
